In only his second season, he recorded 1,570 receiving yards and 15 touchdowns, which earned him his first Pro Bowl and First-Team All-Pro selections. Rice would go on to play 16 seasons in San Francisco and few would doubt that he is the greatest wide receiver to have ever played the game. Over those 16 years he totaled three Super Bowl rings, one Super Bowl MVP, 10 First-Team All-Pro selections, 12 Pro Bowl selections, more than 19,000 receiving yards and 176 receiving touchdowns.
